Craniosacral Bodywork

I studied the Craniosacral method in Sarasota, Fl in 2006. It was formulated by the Upledger Institute. This method uses a variety of different holds and hand positions along the spine and cranium to “unwind” these areas. You follow the underlying pulse of the cerebral spinal fluid to accomplish this.
This techniques is very affective for nervous system issues, anxiety, sleep issues, whiplash, TMJ and sacral misalignments. Creating an overall deep nervous system reboot.
