I studied Massage Therapy in 2001 at the Florida Academny of Massage and Skin Care in Fort Myers, Florida. I then moved back to Iowa to start working and obtained an Iowa license in April of 2002, when passing the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Body work exam and getting a National Certification.

I have over 23 years of experience in a variety of different professional environments; physical therapy offices, luxury spas and maintaining my own practice. I become the Ritz-Carlton Spa’s Forbes 5 star and body treatment trainer, when I worked for their Spa in Avon, CO from 2016-2019. While working in a physical therapy office I obtained extensive knowledge on rehabilitation of injuries, through training with the physical therapist.

Along with my basic massage training in Florida, I studied a variety of techniques. The most used and notable being Craniosacral Therapy. I studied this modality at the Upledger Institute in Sarasota, Florida in 2006. I have studied many other techniques throughout the years to maintain my license in 4 states for 23 years. These techniques inform my ability to customize each treatment to best optimize its effects. Wether you want to relax into bliss or get relief for aches or pains.
